主徒会马来西亚会省省会长黄鏓颖神父于2025年12月8日，发函公告会士的人事安排，目前在多伦多担任救世主堂代理本堂的陈聪敏神父，即将于年终卸下在加拿大的福传使命。黄省会长在华文和英文的两封公函中如是表示：
主徒会总会于2017年征召马来西亚会省会士陈聪敏神父，派往加拿大服务于华人福传工作，其福传任期将于2025年12月31日届满。陈神父将于任期届满后，先休整半年至2026年6月30日，并等候马来西亚会省赋予新的福传使命。
The General Council of The Congregation Of The Disciples Of The Lord (CDD), in 2017, assigned Rev. Fr. Philip Tan of the Malaysian Province to serve the Chinese evangelization mission in Canada. His missionary term of service is due to conclude on December 31 2025.
Upon the completion of his term, Fr. Philip will commence a six-month period of sabbatical leave, extending until June 30 2026, during which time he will await the conferral of a new evangelization mandate from the Malaysian Province.
